Welcome to Ultrade. We provide tokenized equities spot, speed options, AI term products, and deposit/withdraw services. By using the app you agree to platform rules, announcements, and campaign terms.

Balances are recorded on the platform ledger. Crypto deposits and withdrawals are reviewed; withdrawals require a whitelisted address. We may suspend features for risk, compliance, or maintenance.

Abuse, exploits, or reward farming may lead to account limits and clawbacks.

Referral rewards: your friend must sign up with your invite code or link (or add it once within the stated period after signing up) and complete a first deposit that meets the program threshold. Rewards are credited to your account after platform review; each friend counts once, and tier bonuses follow what the invite page shows. We may refuse or claw back rewards obtained through self-referral, multiple accounts, shared devices or networks, or withdrawing shortly after depositing. Program rules, amounts, and periods follow the invite page and announcements, and we may change or end the program.

Terms may be updated; material changes will be announced. Continued use means acceptance.
